• RV Rates (include 2 adults and 2 children per site)
  • Rates for 30 amp service
    • $25 a night, $28 a night weekends and holidays
    • $135 a week, $145 for holidays/Yamboree week
    • $300 a month (not metered)
  • Rates for 50 amp service
    • $27 a night, $30 a night weekends and holidays
    • $145 a week, $155 for holidays/Yamboree week
    • $325 a month (not metered)
  • All rates includes electrical, water, sewer and trash pickup
  • Extra charges will apply for additional occupants
  • All rates are to be paid in advance
• Primitive Rates (based on 2 adults, 2 children under 12 per site)
  • $15 a night includes use of clubhouse and showers.
  • $12 a night if accompanied by a paying RV site.
  • Extra charges will apply for additional occupants
• Cash, Check or Credit Card accepted.
  • Credit card payment is available through the online reservations system (go to reservations tab this site)
  • Credit Cards accepted at park via PayPal.
• Clubhouse use and rental for Private Parties/Reunions/Company Outings
  • Event Hall and Clubhouse rental rates start at: $250 a day / $175 half day depending on size of group.
• Cleaning and Damage Deposits required.
• Call for rates on smaller groups and picnic use
• Clubhouse daily use is free for residents and guests when not otherwise reserved.
• Firewood is available for purchase at $15.00 per load.
• Fishing is free to RV Residents and their guests, no state license required.
