The Park is located in the beautiful Piney Woods of Northeast Texas on Chinaberry Rd. just 1 mile south off State Highway 155, five minutes south of Gilmer at its intersection with US 271.  We are near major lakes, shopping, golf, rodeo, the Barnwell Mountain Recreation Area (TMTC) and the Gladewater Antiques Capital and Rodeo.

We are in driving proximity to the Shreveport/Bossier Entertainment District, Canton First Monday Trades Days and the Dallas/Ft. Worth area metroplex and very near to Tyler and Longview and their fine dining, retail and world class medical complexes.

Our park features a deluxe ranch style clubhouse with pool and observation deck and full wraparound porch.  The clubhouse also features a large stone fireplace and conversation area, large meeting room, billiards table, gaming and domino tables, dish network, WiFi and internet access, DVD home theater and surround sound all designed to accommodate the recreational, business and entertainment needs of our guests.  Our event hall can handle the seating and banquet needs of up to 80 guests for RV clubs, larger groups, weddings and reunions.  It is complete with kitchen and dining facilites, a full deck, and spacious, clean restrooms.

Our new community house will meet the needs of our longer term guests who need a place to stretch out and relax.  It features a full kitchen, showers, tv room, laundromat and spacious deck overlooking the park and is available for use by our guests at no additional charge.

Our park store is open 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm.  We carry propane, ice, RV supplies and convenience store items.  ROBO's patio grill is also open 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. It offers a traditional grill menu and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  We serve breakfast all day. We now feature Catfish and Shrimp Baskets as well as Chicken Fried Steak and Fajitas along with our other fine grill fare.

Other activities including walking, fishing, outdoor grilling/BBQ pavilions,  horseshoes or washers, volleyball and bird/squirrel/nature watching on our wooded 36 acre site.   We specialize in Country Living and Peace & Quiet.

A deluxe laundromat and shower facilities are also provided for your convenience and are open 24 hrs.

We have primitive and tent campsites available and can also accomodate the parking needs for larger trailers and additional vehicles.
